Hi, all:

Spent the past week or so working on this "interpretation" of the song "Dirty Paws" by Of Monsters and Men. The parts don't match up 100% but that's alright in my book, however, I can't figure out what it is in the mixing that separates a recording like this to the top-40 produced track. Any advice / critique are appreciated. (La la la's need to be re-done, I know that much).

A drummer is tracking the percussion as we speak, so one less problem.

Hey all.

Got a new interface recently and decided to put together an EP again.
As always I value the your feedback, and eagerly await your comments & critique.

This track needs serious mixing, and probably a revisit on the vocal recordings.
Another thing I can't shake is the feeling of it all being out of time in the chorus.

Hey it`s destriaero/djskygrinder constantly in and out hiatus. Band is a bit slow right now with drummer in macedonia and bassist leaving to austria for 2 months. So here I come back to solo stuff.... Hopefully fully arranged sometime by mid september (keeping in mind im moving september 1st).
